Business-purpose funding for established Australian SMEsPre-launch: register for funding updates and early access
Tax debt checklist

Turn “we owe the ATO” into a complete funding file.

A clear tax-debt funding request separates each liability, explains why it arose and shows what the business is expected to look like after the liability is addressed.

What matters

Start with the commercial reality.

Funding should address a defined business need and sit within a credible plan for the company after the facility is advanced.

01

Tax account detail

Break out GST, PAYG withholding, income tax, SGC, GIC/penalties and other ATO accounts rather than providing one combined number.

02

Trading evidence

Prepare current management accounts, recent bank statements, receivables/payables and details of existing finance.

03

Forward plan

Show how future tax obligations, working capital and proposed loan commitments fit together after funding.
